Shipping Policy
Free Shipping (3-5 day processing) – Free (orders over $150
We utilize UPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out if Free shipping was your choice.

Standard Shipping (1-2 days processing) - Rates will be determined at checkout based on address and order weight.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to mvpbytzar.info@gmail.com.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact UPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of UPS. It is the responsibility of UPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not allow Refunds! Only Exchanges/Store Credit.

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of worn, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds.

All items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES!
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT REQUIRES YOU TO PAY FOR RESHIPMENT WE DO NOT COVER THAT. NOR DO WE ISSUE SHIPPING LABLES.

To do an exchange:

Exchange Time Frame: 12 days from delivery date
​
(For Example, your item was delivered July 1st , your package must be received by us, no later than July 13.)

If your return is later than the 12 days, your package will be denied and you will receive it back.

Step 1: Please make sure that the item you would like to exchange is exchangeable, Items must be in original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits, undergarments or swimwear will be accepted for exchange.

Step 2: After verifying that your item can be exchanged. Please look online for your size, color in the item of your choice. If the item of your choice is sold out please look for a second option.
Step 3: All returns must be returned with a note which should be detailed with
1-Order number
2-Reason for return
3- Item your returning
4- Size of item your returning
5- Size you want to exchange it for/ if your exchanging it for the same style.
6- Current email address and phone number.
7- Full name

FINAL STEP:
Take your item/package and your note to a shipping facility of your choice (DHL FEDEX USPS UPS). And purchase a shipping label. You can also reuse the original shipping packaging or use the shipping facilities packaging. Hold on to your receipt and tracking number.

Allow our return department to process your exchange. This normally takes 3-5 business days after receiving your item.

If your exchanging your item for a new item that has a completely different price. You will receive an invoice with the difference you will be owing. Difference must be paid in order to process exchange.
FULFILLMENT
Our Fulfillment center is handled by SHIPPO
Items except for “SHIPPO” items are shipped to us first for authentication and verification before being delivered to you. It will typically take 7-10 business days (M-F) for sneaker orders to be delivered to a buyer located in the US, since it takes approximately 3-4 business days to get to us, 1-2 business days to authenticate and 3-4 business days to ship to you.
Items that are labeled “SHIPPO” have already been authenticated and verified and ship directly from our facilities to you. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 3-4 business days for an “SHIPPO” item ordered
Some apparel and accessory items have been pre-verified and authenticated and ship directly from our trusted retail and boutique partners, while other apparel and accessory items are shipped to us first for authentication and verification before being delivered to you. It will typically take 4-8 business days for an apparel or accessory item order to be delivered to a buyer located in the US.
For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. For items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, import duties will be included at checkout for buyers who enter their national identification number, and the items will be delivered duty paid (i.e., no additional duties should be required to be paid upon delivery). For all other international orders and for items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China where a buyer does not enter their national identification number, import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.
